The item must be returned in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. Please note that the refund amount will be reduced by the initial shipping costs, which vary based on the item's size and delivery location.

For full-price purchases made in Europe, the return window is 14 days, with a notification requirement within 5 days from the delivery date. International returns must also be communicated within 5 days, acknowledging longer shipping times but maintaining the item's condition.

If you opt to arrange your own shipping, ensure it's with a secure and traceable service like Royal Mail Signed For or DHL. It's important to keep your proof of postage, as we are not liable for lost returns.

How Do I Exchange a Product?

We are happy to facilitate exchanges for our unique Persian rugs. Given the uniqueness of each piece, please note exchanges can only be processed for a different product, not the same one. For assistance with exchanges, contact us at info@thepersianrugstore.com.

How Are Refunds Processed?

All refunds will be processed, excluding shipping costs. We process refunds securely through Airwallex, and once issued, the refund is immediately forwarded to your bank.
