  • Delivery Timeliness: While we do our utmost to deliver within the estimated timeframe, external factors may cause delays. We promise to keep you updated should any delays arise.
  • Signature Requirement: Our deliveries are secured with a courier's signature upon receipt, ensuring your items safely reach you.
  • Special Notice: Currently, due to specific US sanctions, we are unable to ship Persian rugs to the United States.
  • Customs and Duties: Customers may be liable for local customs fees. For orders within the EU, we'll handle the taxes so you don't have to worry.
  • Contact Information: A valid contact number is essential for arranging your delivery. Rest assured, your number will only be used for delivery purposes unless you specify otherwise.

Europe (3-5 Working Days): Covering Albania, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.

Rest of the World (3-5 Working Days): This includes but is not limited to China, Canada, Hong Kong SAR, Japan, United Arab Emirates, and the United States. If your country isn’t listed, please contact us to arrange shipping.
